Move-in Checklist

First Month's Rent & Security Deposit

Your first month's rent and security deposit are both payable at the lease signing.

Move-in Date & Inspection

We'll provide all information about your move-in at the lease signing.

Utilities

You must place all utility accounts in your name after signing the lease. Make certain to do this quickly to avoid losing access to utilities.

Move-out Checklist

Notice of Intent to Vacate

Refer to your lease to determine the legal move-out date. If you're planning to move out, provide written notice so we can begin preparing for the next tenant.

Property Condition

Your property needs to be brought back to its original condition before you return the keys.

• Rental Cleaning: Carefully clean every room in your rental property. Remove all of your possessions and all garbage from the unit.

• Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If your home has outdoor space, please address any maintenance tasks once more before your move out.

• Repairs: If any damage occurred in your rental home, take the steps necessary to repair these problems.

Security Deposit

Our team will conduct a final inspection when you move out of the property. If we identify damage, we will schedule repairs and use the deposit to cover the expenses.

The remainder of the deposit will be returned to you.
